My fifteen-year old shepherd/rottweiler mix has begun exhibiting telltale signs of old age. The most significant symptom has been a loss of appetite that requires me to coax her a bit to get her to eat anything, which is unusual considering that she was a very good eater throughout the 10 years that I have had her. This has made it harder to maintain her normal routine as far as taking her medications go, which is set aside from the nutritional aspect of her daily life.
