All the members of our family are sporty. We have many activities to choose from, either biking, jogging, swimming, hiking or playing tennis. We love having an active lifestyle and be physically fit. Since we want to stay that way, these activities are made as safe as possible, especially when biking or jogging on the road. Biking was our family’s preferred leisure when my son was still young. We ride our bikes even into the night around our local community. Though this wasn’t so far from the present time, we did not wear anything to keep us safe. We immediately sat on our bikes and rode off! However, things nowadays are different.
