Where you study is as important as the actual activity of studying. Normally, studying in your dorm room is not the best choice. Choose a place with no distractions, instead. Work out at the campus gym as much as you can. Both are great ways to get exercise and to meet new people. You will make new friends at the gym that you would not have met otherwise.
You are now a grown up who must be self sufficient with no one to rely on to take care of you. Be sure that you eat nutritious foods, keep your living quarters clean, and get adequate sleep. You should stay on a schedule, make time for study, your classes, having fun and cleaning, etc. You can become ill as a result of stress and poor nutrition.
